Our approach is relaxed and natural; we capture moments exactly as they unfold, without unnecessary interference, but always with a touch of imagination and originality.

Your Wedding Photography Experience with Proud Vision Weddings
Planning your wedding is an exciting journey, and capturing those memories is just as important as the day itself. Our goal is to make the photography / videography process seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free so that you can focus on celebrating your love. This guide will walk you through what working with us feels like, what to expect, and how to prepare for your special day.
1. Signing the Contract & Booking Your Date
After selecting the package that suits you best, we sign the contract and you pay a 10% deposit of the total value. From that moment, your date is officially reserved.
2. Planning & Guidance
We work closely with you to finalize all the essential details, including your day’s schedule, the best moments for your photo session, and other aspects that ensure a perfectly organized, stress-free experience.
3. The Wedding Day
On your special day, we document every moment naturally and authentically. Our approach is unobtrusive yet attentive to every detail, allowing the day to unfold while we capture its genuine emotions.
4. Delivery of Memories
We carefully edit all the images and footage to reflect the beauty of your wedding. Although our maximum delivery timeframe is six months, most photos are ready earlier. During especially busy periods, delivery may approach the six-month mark, but our priority remains to deliver on time without compromising quality.
5. Album Selection & Delivery
Your photos are uploaded to a private online gallery where you can view, share, and download high-resolution images. In this gallery, you can mark your favorites for your wedding album. Once your selection is complete, your album (s) will be delivered within 14–21 business days.
6. Ongoing Connection
Our relationship doesn’t end with your wedding. We love staying connected, whether through anniversary sessions, maternity shoots, or simply keeping in touch as your story continues to unfold.
